For our Client, Shared Service Center hosting functions like Invoice to Pay, Procure to Invoice, Record to Report, Customer to Cash, Financial Planning & Analysis, Transport Control Tower, and other roles based out of Poznan, we are looking for candidates for the position of:


Head of People and Culture


Your responsibilities will include:

  • leading and developing the People & Culture team of 10;
  • leading, administrating and developing all HR functions including Payroll & Administration, Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Business Partnering for over 400 employees at CSS;   
  • driving Triple “A” organizational culture (Alignment, Accountability and Action);
  • inspiring one team approach;
  • being part of Management Team and contributing to the overall strategy by ensuring alignment to common ways of working;
  • providing consultation to Management Team on strategic staffing plans, such as Compensation, Benefits, Learning & development, Budget, Labor relations etc.;
  • performing risk management and mitigation actions related to HR operations delivery;                       
  • ownership of the processes and ensuring their compliance with law & regulations, as well as corporate policies;
  • ensuring alignment on HR priorities with the Group and Business Functions and translating them into Key Performance Indicators & aligned annual performance targets for the Team;
  • collaborating with HR Community and multiple stakeholders across the Group;
  • ownership of all process documentation (including training materials). 

We are looking for a person who:

  • has Master Degree in Human Resources or related area;
  • has 10+ years of professional experience in similar role, preferably in international environment and in related industry;
  • communicates fluently in English and Polish (spoken and written); other languages would be considered as an asset;
  • has experience of SSC’s operations;
  • is an expert in functional sub-areas (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Org Development, Leadership development);
  • presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with impact;
  • is highly effective at initiating and leading cross-functional teams through building collaborative relationships;
  • presents solid understanding of the teams operations, culture, policies and procedures ideally from a SSC organization;
  • is an experienced leader, able to develop & empower People;
  • has proven track record from work in complex organizational interdependencies;
  • has SAP knowledge;
  • has strategic thinking skills and ability to understand the business and see the “big picture”;
  • demonstrates strong people skills;
  • has deep knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations;
  • has budget management experience;
  • presents significant experience of process performance improvement in a large organization;
  • shows analytical thinking skills;
  • is able to work cross-functionally in project work and project management;
  • is results/execution-focused and presents structured approach;
  • understands how to document and share the knowledge;
  • is able to manage Customer Expectations in proper manner.
